Freezing is only as good as the handling around it. Ours is built to hold temperature from intake to the moment the pack reaches you.

Every batch is inspected before it is accepted, then portioned and packed to a fixed spec so the weight matches the label.
Delivered cold
Refrigerated dispatch to retailers and trade customers, scheduled so stock arrives when the freezer is ready for it.
