Why we started
Ghanaian families deserved a Ghanaian brand.
When Seladels was founded in 2004, supermarket freezer shelves in Ghana were largely dominated by imported products. We believed families here deserved a trusted local brand: quality, convenience and consistency, without compromise.
Over the years we built strong relationships with some of Ghana's leading retailers. Today Seladels is stocked in every Shoprite across the country, in Melcom in Accra, and at Baatsona Total, which puts quality Ghanaian food products within reach of households nationwide.
We are approved by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) Ghana, and our commitment goes past supplying food. We are here to make meal preparation easier for busy families while holding the highest standards of quality, food safety, integrity, reliability and customer satisfaction.
